This campaign isn’t funded by lobbyists or party insiders. It’s driven by you: civil servants, first responders, veterans, teachers, parents, small business owners, and everyday patriots who’ve had enough of the deal-making, from the polished cowards who sell us out. We need to show up, on or before January 13, 2026, and vote them out.
My Solution
I am not only on a mission to reclaim our district from the tax-and-fees machine. I am also a passionate advocate for homeowners, renters, and small businesses.
In Palm Beach County, insiders such as builders and insurers have increased costs. At the same time, accountability has dropped. But, by working together, we can reset growth on solid ground and make life affordable again.
I am not a career politician. I am pressure-tested and budget-minded woman. I know about insurance realities, permits, and planning. I also understand how to turn waste into results. I will put taxpayers first in Tallahassee. This means no more quiet hikes. We need to find waste and ensure the system helps everyone, not only a few insiders.
I aim to build a fair and affordable House District 87. This means lower insurance through competition and home-hardening incentives. It means infrastructure-first growth and holding builders accountable. It means faster permits, clear rules, and freedom for small businesses to hire and expand. I plan to do this by teaming up, using state resources effectively, and making sure everyone is accountable.

My three-step Florida House District-87 Relief Plan will cut waste, rein in insurance costs, and make growth serve residents. Setting a new standard for accountability and affordability in Palm Beach County.
We start by auditing spending and stopping hidden tax-and-fee hikes. Gretchen will champion line-by-line transparency, move dollars out of bureaucracy, and push targeted relief where families feel it most.
Insurance reform is priority one: increase competition, speed up claims, reward home-hardening, and penalize predatory practices so premiums fall and payouts don’t drag on.
I will make growth serve residents—not the other way around. No more rubber-stamped projects without roads, drainage, and services in place. Builders must carry their fair share and deliver on commitments. We’ll expand workforce housing so teachers, cops, firefighters, EMTs, and young families can live where they serve. While streamline permitting so honest builders and small landlords can add supply faster.
We’ll lock in protections for homeowners and mom-and-pop shops: faster permits, fewer gotcha fees, and clear rules that stay stable. Gretchen will push enforcement on insurers that stall, back incentives for mitigation (roofs, shutters, flood resilience), and cut red tape that chokes local entrepreneurs. With sunlight on budgets and deals, HD-87 finally gets a fair shake—and families can afford to stay.
